Title: Down time and the Tactical Command boards

My apologies for the recent down time earlier today. This was due to server issues causes by the Tactical Command forums, also run through the same site. As a result, we are back up and running here, but TacComs remains down temporarily.

I will use this thread to post updates and messages on progress, etc.
