Title: Where can I find the rules for Wyrds?

Hi there.

Does anyone know where the rules for Wyrds (as hired guns or other) are?
Last I knew they were supposed to appear in an issue of Fanatic Magazine, but I never got to see them. So far I can't seem to find any mention of these anywhere.
