Hey everyone, this is my first post in the Necromunda section but i'll try to be active as much as i'll be able to

I got a few questions/suggestions regarding the actual gang roster for necromunda. Here they are :

why not using a gang roster based on the one for Mordheim that GW is offering on dl on their website but adapted for Necromunda?

I mean, the main issues on the actual gang roster are:

a) the space available for the equipment/injuries/skills section, is fucking way too small. Even if you're using a tiny winy pencil, on a long range campaign, at some points it's just impossible.

b) the experience...every time you're doing the after game sequence you have to check on the right section to see if you're guy is either taking a lvl or not while on the Mordheim warband roster it's fucking simple, you ticke for all the points and the lvls up are seen with squares in bold, so much easy to say if you'll need to roll for skill.

c) there is no section to tick the injuries the "ganger" is making. I mean, with my friends, we usually do a tick in the equipment/injuries/skills, though since this space is so tiny, it's soo easy to forget to wipe the injuries your guy has done while with a little space in a specific section it would be faster to track if your guy has made injuries during the game or not.

d) on the mordheim warband roster, there are under the name section some small boxes with the trees of skills the member of the band can pick up from. why not adding that for necromunda aswell?

Since I was bored and wanted to see if my ideas would work I've made one roster using the section of necromunda. I'll be happy to show it if anyone wants to see/try it.

Feel free to comments my ideas/suggestions :)

This site http://www.lastsummer.com/necronet/about.asp does a nice line in keeping your gang updated, and is attached to the Necronet forum for more Necro fun  8)

I think the only problem with the current gang roster from the LRB is that it has been shrunk down from the original version, which had barely enough room already. Nowadays I just draw out my own rosters, but I might have a crack at a .pdf one for download here.

Yeah I'd like to see it.

There you are :)
Attached it to my post.

Please keep in mind that it's adapted from the Mordheim Warband Roster. I tried to make it as nice and easy to use as I could. For now the only issues I see with my adapted Roster is that it's on two pages and limited to 13 members in a gang but you can always print the second page as many times as needed to have more sections for your members.

Feel free to comment/give ideas, etc  :)

I like it! Maybe you can add Flesh Wound in the line next to Wounding Hit.

Is it possible to get it in higher quality? It seems a little blurry.

Here is a Gang that I used of Plantary Defence Force Deserters in the Ash Wastes...

This one seems pretty usefull as well, because of the weapon ranges and modifiers, which i always forget.

Yeah, would be nice, and not hard to do, so then it would be easy to remember if the member has been raised after going down  :D

Well I'll try everything I'll be able to but it's copy and paste and then modified from the Mordheim Roster but I'll try to make it a little cleaner

I could try also to add a line or two for the main weapons and their range though I'm afraid it would load the roster a lot and would allow me to have less members or have the roster on at least three pages but yeah, I could try

I think it wouldn't fit in your design. And it isn't absolutely necessary because we have the references for that.

It might be better if you just changed it to say "Notes:" since I imagine it's useful for special circumstances as well such as if the fighter is suffering from a photon or hallucinogen grenade or perhaps plague. If you wanted to add a bit more room to that cell then I guess you could split the experience blocks into segments of 5xp rather than 1xp, then the "Notes:" cell could spread right across to the other side.

The only other thing I could think of is that you might want to remove the lines inside the Territories block. That way outlanders who only use 1 territory can freely use the rest of the space for extra notes.

Other than that it's a great roster, especially for new players since they won't need to spend as much time flicking through the rulebook.

I'm still working on the roster with the recommandations/modifications you guys made/asked for.
I'll post it asap.
Also, I've managed to make it less blurry so it'll be good for all.
Does the AG got any comments regarding this roster?  ;D

Oki, after some time I at last managed to work on the version and it has now been updated.
On this new version you'll find the suggestions that has been made like the Flesh Wound or the "Notes" cases. I've also added a special space for the Invulnerable Save cause it's something that is easily forgotten.

I've also grouped the xp and now only the lvl up are made.
Regarding the request about removing the lines on the territory I finally decided to leave them cause even if you're only using one territory when you're an outlander gang, you can sometimes steal one in particular scenarios (even if you won't be able to use it) and also since I've added a complete lines called "Notes" I though more space wouldn't be needed. Also the bottom section for the "Notes" has been increased in size, thus no special need for some extra space.

The biggest part was to "clean" all the blurry thingies and I'm very happy with the results.
This file is bigger in mb than the previous one but it's cause I tried to bring you a high quality roster.
Hope you'll enjoy the new version and don't hesitate to give new suggestions and comments.

PS1: I've removed old version available for download in my old post

PS 2: file will sadly still be a little blurry since upload are limited to 512kb. If you want a really nice quality, I could easily upload file somewhere else and provide link here :)

I like this roster! If someone thinks a certain box is too small, they can always spill into the 'notes' section of their characters.

I would love to see a better version of this, so if you could find hosting that would be great.

You even made 2 slightly different sheets so that we can print it double sided without having to repeat a stash section, I like that a lot.

I think it is a nice one.  The only item that I see is that most outlanders do not get the 16 experience roll, so that would need to be overlooked, but hey, us vet gamers already knew that.  Also, it won't work for Spryers and Redemptionists but those gangs are 'different' anyhow...
