Title: EuroGT XVII

Hello,

as mentioned on the last Euro GT I am preparing to organize the next EuroGT in Karlsruhe, Germany. At the moment I am searching for a location to start the event.

The event will happen probably in March 2011.

I will update you hopefully until end of August with the date and the location details.

IIRC one of the perks of this location is Prizefighter airline access

I am currently working on the deal and have a good offer, which I hopefully will fix today.

Karlsruhe has direct connections to Vienna, London, Stockholm, Barcelona, Berlin and Rome. Train connections to Amsterdam, Paris and Switzerland.

I am looking forward to get it organized, but will need assistance on the tournament.

@ Lex: Painting within train: In that case I have to think about special rules for "unpainted" armies...  ;)

I painted on the train before !!

A couple of years ago we took train to Austria, the trainride from Netherlands to IIRC Munich ?? was smooth enough to paint some Skaven, including my Horned one

And I did paint during the trainride from (Memphis to ) Chicago to (Seatle to ) Vancouver, which essentialy allowed me to finalize the Dwarfs I had along for both tournaments. I think Arjan may have pictures of the German trip, and I do have evidence of the American one   8)
