Well the title is explicit. Could be also fun to answer with the names of the armies and the future intention of expand your list. :) feel free of comment and talk about your armies!

first to ask so first to answer. My armies are:
1) Empire 2k: It is not a dedicated army of a region. My goal is to represent the imperial army with brigades of regions and with the emperor commanding big battles.
2) Dwarfs near to 1,5-2k: Non specific army
3) High elves aprox 2k: Non specific army
4) Chaos2k: Non specific army
5) Orcs 2k: I like the idea of Waaaagh gathering lots of tribes, so I try to mix manufactures to see a mixture of different goblinoids races (manly GW, pendraken and Copplestone)
6) Undead 2k: I try to give a sense of egyptian army, but I would like in the future have also units with a more european taste, so I could choose between two styles before the battle. It was built in the warmaster tale and completed with generic painted ebay reinforcemnet
7) Egyptians 1k: Generic New kingdom egypt (16th to 11th BC) and built to recreate the battle of Qadesh and Megido
8 ) Hittites 1k: Generic hittite states built to recreate the battle of Qadesh and used as Caananites in the battle of Megido
Future plans:
- Almoravid -Arabs/muslims army 1k: The goal is recreate the battle of Las Navas de Tolosa, but the idea in the future is to expand with little improvements to represent fantasy arabs, conquest of arabs, saladdin
- El cid army -Christian generic army: The goal is recreate the battle of las Navas de Tolosa, btu the idea in the future is to expand with lietle improvements to represent the crusades or generic christian army list of europe
- Toying with the idea of reusing some undead units and built a 1K force of Vampires Counts (someone has spare vampire units to swap? ;) )

I have 3 at 3k each: Kislev, tomb king and dwarves

Well .... I never counted the points exactly (except for my Empire Army)
Empire Nothing painted and 5,5K to paint (3K primed only so far)
Tomb Kings 2,5K painted and1K still to paint
O&G 1,5K painted 2,5K still to paint
Chaos 2K painted and still 2K to paint
High Elf 0,5K painted and still 2,5K to paint
Araby 3K painted and still 1,5K to paint
Lizzardmen 3,5K painted and still 0,5K to paint
Daemon 5K painted (3K Nurgle Style and the rest a mixture of Slanesh, Tzeentch and Khorne)
Currently chasing mice ;)
To many armies and to less time to paint them ::)

Brets, Empire, Dwarfs, Undead and Chaos painted for at least 2k.
Vampires (partly painted), Orcs (pure silver), HE (pure silver) waiting in the line. With all the other projects don't know when I'm able to paint on (silently I'm waiting for my 4y old son to pass them on to him - so maybe another 8 years ;) Only a matter of time!)

2000P Bretonians fully painted
3000P High Elfs (I would say 50% painted)
And I am getting about 4000P+ of fully painted dwarves in the near future.

1) 2500 of Empire from the colourful city of Talabheim. So far just over 1000 points are painted.
2) 2500 of Chaos, around 1000 points are painted in the colours of Chaos Undivided.
3) 2500 of Orcs, currently silver and based using blu-tac.
4) 2000 of Dwarfs, unpainted. When I get to this army they'll be painted in turquoise and teracotta.
My next plans are to get my hands on some Kislev (I think I've got a line on 1000 points to use as allies for the Empire) and I'm very tempted by a Bretonnian army. But really I need to behave myself and paint up what I've got first. That said I'm off to Warhammer World in a little over a week and I may weaken!

Only got 2 armies
Empire - 4,000 fully painted
Orcs - 6,000 fully painted
Technically i'm cheating because i haven't painted anything. I am going to add a few more units to my orcs. I'm making the chariots up to 9 units, and adding another rock lobber so i have 4. Not that much to do.... oh yeah i'm also painting some wagons and horses, for scenarios we're planning.
Apart from that future projects all involve terrain for me. I've just built a river, a marsh and 7 ft long road.
Next is a village with some walls around it, a mountain range made out of chicken wire/paper mache, and some "n gauge" ruins that i got off ebay. They are meant to be for model railways, but they fit in perfectly with warmaster. I'm going to fix them onto on a raised hillside, with a pathway running up to it.

Well, about 1750pts of Empire painted to an acceptable event-ready standard. I can't do 2k+ yet without fielding half painted stuff, simply because I don't have enough painted crossbowmen, or the 'non-compulsory, compulsory units' such as flagellants, etc... for 2k+ games I do of course have literally kilos of unpainted stuff though, probably enough for 5k+
EIR for WMA, I've got a legion unit, a skirmisher unit and a character stand finished prior to basing, with another 2 legions at an acceptable painting standard for an event, so that's what, 365pts? Assembled and mid-painting I can make that up to 1k, and stuff sitting in zip-lock bags can probably take that up to 3k, maybe a bit less.
Armies that aren't even started, or barely started:
The High Elf starter set, so that's about 1-1.5k
About 1.5K of Dark Elves
and about 1.5k of Kislev, maybe a bit less.
I've also got lots of Chaos bits and bobs which I will 'eventually' turn into a Norse army, including two units of the now OOP Norse Marauder models.

and I'm currently exploring the possibility of doing a Nippon army with Kallistras new Samurai range just need to see what sort of scale they are before I commit. The temple units are the hardest part but I've figured out how to do nearly all of them.
