After an interesting discussion with Claus, i see i lacks some pictures for warmaster OOP stuff.

PLEASE could everybody post his pictures of them here if you they have some ? I'd like pictures of good quality.

Post by: pw on August 18, 2010, 08:46:04 AM: A good source for these pictures would be the old, black covered, Specialist Games catalogue. Almost all of this stuff is in there along with pictures of all the siege stuff. There's a copy on ebay at the moment:

I think this is the right one. I'd have to check my copy to see if the date/cover are the same. If you've not got it I think you'd enjoy it!

Furthermore there are a few very rare that were never really mass-produced like the Lumpin Croots Halflings (+Hotpot Catapult).

Marell's post over on Warmaster France (which looks like a really lively place) is really excellent and starts what looks like a really cool project of collecting all the images. I made my own a few years back from some halflings I had (eureka I think).
Apart from the army list and their 28mm equivalents I had never heard of them before>

Yeah, but not all of us do have them (i do) and pictures of paper prints are not so good. With actual cameras, we can have excelent pictures of existant figs. No need to be a professional.

Thanks ! That's the goal. To have a complete and easy to use place to check if some stuff is oop or not. And some units i have never seen. Iron Breakers for example (if someone can give a link !). And the two versions of the Giant. I'm not sure which one is OOP if it is.

So lot's of things i still have to clarify. But maybe it's already clear for you :)

I have the knights of the blazing sun blister, but haven't painted them up yet... which is probably a good thing, considering how bad my painting sucked 10 years ago.

Its going to be a while before I go back to them- my empire forces have ~3000 points, and I have half a dwarf army to finish, some elves to rebase + add some knights to; and pile of gobbos (BOFA) to paint. Considering getting a second BOFA box set to round the gobbos...

If of good quality, yes. Just need to identifiy them easily with those picts.

I can take a picture of the unmounted trebuchet if you find it interesting. I can't find pictures taken near it and painted.

The alternate one with the big mouth and body looking like a hybrid of a parrot (the mouth) and a butterfly cocoon (the body)

An then I have own crawling on the ground like a big worm with a big mouth and teeth like a human with "whatever" on the hat ... I canÂ´t describe it better but will make a pic on the Weekend to show you what I mean.

I've heard of two models. The imperial one, which can still be bought, and the siege one, which is not.

I thought the OOP lizard mage was the one without the kroxigor palanquin ?

I did not check which of the SLANNÂ´s is now the OoP one ::) Someone were mentioning here the one carried by Kroxis but in case itÂ´s the other one....you can take the other pic.

Anyway the one not currently shown on the GW page should be the one. (some time ago it were the hovering Slann....maybe it changed...donÂ´t know and did not check)

Claus told me there where packs like that with only gunners and servants for all races... I had never heard of them. Someone know something about that ?
I will add them to the main post if it's OOP like i think it is.

You can still get the orc crew with the rock lobber as with most other of the armies with artillery.
Obviously the bretonnian crew are OOP as is the trebuchet they crew.

Well, during the Austrian EuroGT, sometime early last decade, where I saw the Halflings for the 1st time we asked if there was a chance to get blisters with "Assorted crew and lifestock". There are a lot of people doing vingette like (object) markers etc that would love to get their hands on such models as pack donkey, packhorse, riderless Warhorse, dog/hound, pack Camel and the halflings sport a collection of fowl and pig(letts) too.

I did, and I think I have some Dwarfs still unaccounted for too.... I will dig them out and make pictures this weekend

I old WM magazine you can see bases with round Rat Swarms. I guess they were the first attempt for a Rat Swarm unit.
