Title: Fighters and cap?

Hi i am new to bfg and have downloaded the rules from sg and had a look through the faq here and has seen several referances to fighters providing cap to cap ships, but i cant find it an any of the rule books, is this a fan rule or did it come out in a book, and if so what one? Thanks for any help And

CAP is in rulebook, Download this at the GW site.

Thanks Ive found it, i was looking for a seperate rule entry, cant beleive i missed it doh!
