Title: subplots and ork waagh promotion table

i can't find the subplots page , i downloaded the file from gw site. In the ork promotion table i see only more reroll but nothing about increase of ld is normal ?, if so is this only for pirate fleet or also for normal ork fleet?

i've forgotten one thing , in a starting campaign ork rooster how much warlord i've to put on? the first is free and the other have to be paid? other methods?
