Are the BFG magazines worth purchase?
Also, I swear just a couple weeks ago I was looking over buying more forgeworld Tau.
Now Ive decided to put out a massive order, and I don't see the forgeworld tau transports anymore. What gives?! :0

Bump, I know one of you tau players know the answer :)

i have them
i don't ever really look at them
i am glad i have them
but probably would not buy them if i didn't have them

A lot of the info in the mags will have been superseded by now I think. As for fluff, there's a lot on the web these days, so you might find something new in the mags, but they're going for a £10+ on ebay, so i'd say not to bother to be honest. Spend your money on more ships :)

I have an index of the BFG mag content here, if that helps you make a decision:

There are a lot of ships that never made it into 'official' BFG rulebooks that are fun. Long Serpent is my fav.

I think most of the alternative ship designs are in the BFG additional ships compendium (just type that into google and you can see the file with all the stats). So from that perspective at least the BFG mags are redundant.

there are few sites where you can download BFG magazine. Maybe that they will be in an incomprehensible language, but google translator will help
