Very nice paintjob this is 28mm quality!

Also very ballsy to put the general on the griffin. :)

Fabulous stuff!

Can I ask what you've used for the grasses on there?

I am happy you like it.

Non-GW minis are from Pendraken - Renaissance range.

The grass is a mixing of three different colours of Fine Turf (earth, yellow grass and green grass). The percentage of each fine turf depends on the final look you are looking for. Also add some green Coarse Turf (light, medium and/or dark). Once mixed all turfs apply to the base.
Finally add some scattered bits of light green/medium green Underbrush.

Underbrush and Fine/Coarse Turf from Woodland Scenics.

Very nice, how are you doing your banners?

It is really easy.
Once you have got the banner, just only duplicate and reescale with photoshop, print and glue using diluted carpenter's glue.
