Here is a curious question for all of you

Are Tau torpedo bombers still resilient?

What are the rules for a "skilled" torpedo bomber?

If the rules say they still retain the special faction rules on AC then it should. But I don't see any reason why they should not be resilient just because they uprated to Torpedo Bombers and one is paying heavily to get the change.
