While I'm not working on anything Warmaster related at the moment I do like to keep an eye out for suitable miniatures and I came across this for Ogre Kingdom Yhetees

It's a Malifaux Arcanists Wendigo totem. They're a good scale for Warmaster. Pictures below - I haven't clipped off the foot tabs yet.

While there is only 1 pose it can be repositioned a bit and it's the best Yhetee proxy I've seen yet. One slight snag is they cost £5 each (£4.50 from Maelstrom) so I currently only have 3 and will have to buy them 1 or 2 at a time till I have 9 - expensive unit! :'(
Anyway just thought some of you might be interested.

They are definitely an awesome find, but I'd probably use two per stand as I prefer more dynamic basing than WarMaster conventions usually allow.
For example, I base 9 Cavalry models for light/medium and 10 for heavy. Infantry depends on how easy the strips are to modify, but monsters I typically base 2 per stand. I typically individually base the left-overs a la Blacksmith(Javier) or make extra units.
As I mostly paint and seldom play, I have been toying with the idea of creating my own basing system, to play both WM, WotR and Impetus. I just haven't found a system I like yet.
