Wow, i just have to say again how amazing this is.  How much of this did he draw himself, and what was colored?
I recognise some but not all of the pictures.  Also, what race are those strange craft in the second picture, and in others?

The ships of the second image would be Rak'Gol ships. A race from the Rogue Trader RPG from Fantasy Flight Games. The artist is listed in the credits of the supplement book "Battlefleet Koronus". (I just picked it up from the store and recognized the pictures).
