More and better picture to come later when the 'official' photograph will publish them.
A great day, with lot of demo and a very good reception of the table and the game :)

Good to see people interested in the game.
The battlefield is exquisite

excellent show

Very nice. Did you scratch build the boats or buy them?
Dave

nice venue !! and a great table, kudos !!!
-
Boats and slave houses have been bough. Houses from Timecast. I don't remember for the Drakkars but I can get the information back if you need it.
Everything else is scratchbuilt.
-
Lovely. If you could let me know the source for the boats I would be grateful. I have a large Chaos army and some boats would look good for raiding games!

Absolutely stunning, the attention to detail warms my black heart.
I too would appreciate the source of the long ships, as I game Age of Blood and Battlelust in 10 mm.

Ok, I'll give you the info for the Drakkar quicky.
And now, more pictures:

The drakkar we used:
1/180 Smer Models Drakkar Oseberg Viking longship
(http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/internethobbies_2157_536845938)
Actually this a rather bad model for several reason:
1/ Plastic is really cheap (fragile)
2/ The model is not historically accurate
3/ The model assembly is really a pain
4/ The ship sailing is engraved with a very ugly sea monster; I had to fill it with green-stuff and re-sculpt the sailing to something nicer.
Still, this is the ONLY 10mm drakkar available and it scales perfectly to Warmaster...

Great board.
Hope you get some more players out of it.
-
Thanks for the info on the Drakkar! Now my Choas armies will be able to raid distant lands!

Looks brilliant, i love all the terrain and the ships ;D
I even like those little red sticks you use for movement. Here's me using a tape measure, i think i might myself an infantry and a cavalry movement stick. Great idea
