Title: Questions on VBB and BFI

1. Can SM make a venerable battle barge out of a planet killer?

2. When someone fails BFI, do they have any disadvantages next turn? Today, someone failed BFORE, didn't get hurt much, then they can go about their next turn normally?

1) If someone would try that I would field the death star and throw it at him. Planet Killer is build in eye of terror.

2) Yep, if you failed BFI you are not on BFI thus do not have setbacks.
