Title: Eldar in Escalating Engagement

I forgot, but what speed do Eldar use when determing slowest speed for coming on the table?


(checking if Ray, Bob and Sig actually are here.....  ;) )

This was on the old SG forum: Eldar use the lowest of the fastest (i.e. sun to the side) movements of the ships in the detachment.
