SOLD :)
-
I'm very interested in them, but also have no idea how much they normally go for.
I have a few uncommon minis, but not many- if there's anything you're after in particular let me know and I'll see if we can work out a trade (I assume most trades would be trade+cash for SoC stuff, as nothing I have is that rare).

Hi Geep, I'm not particularly looking for any trades at present (unless they are spectacular and ridiculous) as I've got so much unpainted Warmaster stuff that I don't think I'll ever run out of stuff to paint so I guess I'm most likely looking for cash offers.
I'll wait an see if anyone has any historic prices to help with this on here, but looking at other rare/alt units on ebay today it looks like WM is still selling at pretty silly prices. I expect that unless I get a high offer on here I'll stick them on ebay and let the market decide (I feel rather uncomfortable setting a price myself as I know it'll look daft when compared to the size of the toys).

As a guide, I recently sold a Kislev character pack for over £50.00 and most OOP packs i see go for around the £30-50 mark, i think the key is to start off with a reasonable price ie £5-10 (bearing in mind that you probably paid no more than £5.00 for them initially) and see what happens, you can always take the sale down if its not as high as you would like, citing that the item is no longer for sale, or set a reserve, although that costs extra. If its a free listing weekend set the price fairly high, if you get no interest simply re-list then for lower price at the next free listing weekend(which seem to be every 2 weeks at the moment)

"Normal" rare stuff for Warmaster normally goes for between £25 and £55 with £35 or thereabouts being the most common prices. Saying that I have seen units go for £15 and up to £85 on occasion. As always, e bay can be a bit random depending on how many people get into a bidding war (if any).
Saying that - I would expect there to be massive interest ina complete SoC pack and if I had aspare one I wouldn't want to let it go for less than £100 (you MIGHT get up to £150 for it)?
Put it on at £50 with a reserve of £100 and let it run for a long time, not just a week.
I'm just glad I bought mine from GW when you still could - I wish I'd bough 5 now!!!!
Good luck
Dave

Thanks Dave, that sounds close to what I was thinking would convince me to let them go (lovely though they are).

I remember last year or at the beginning of this year two sold on ebay for approx 90-110 USD.
And if i where you i would start with a 0,99 starting price if you put them on ebay. Otherwise you will have to pay much more ebay taxes. It's done prices will go high.

There has been a lot of rare/alt warmaster activity recently on eBay.
Probably folks looking to fund Christmas :)
I have kept an eye on the market, especially in relation to this pack (the only one I don't have).
Dave is right with the £100 reserve, but I would bang them on at 0.99p then you don't pay insertion fees and they will get LOADS of interest.
If you don't get the reserve price, but close to, you can always approach the highest bidder and sort the deal outside of eBay altogether, thereby getting around all the fees ;)
Don't forget, eBay warn you against this sort of behaviour :-X but then again they would, wouldn't they :o

That all sounds very wise. I'll have to dig them out for pictures tomorrow and get them listed.
-
Make sure to post a link here and make them available for world wide postage.

how many strips were in this blister? I have a blister that popped open (tossed it in a plastic box) and I want to make sure they're all there since I'm potentially thinking of offloading my own set.
