Not sure why these are labeled unreleased, they look exactly like the models I have.

can be confirmed is GW reference 99061201037 Nurgle Demon beasts ?

 I have three Units and i'm quite sure they have been released as beasts. It matches the text in the army List. I am using them as cavalary anyway.

Talking about nurgle beasts they change their shape while the passing of time. The ones that I like the most were the ones that appeared in The Lost and the Damn supplement,

Here are a couple of examples of the 28mm miniature I am talking about
