The Horned Rat, is a conversion using GD and some WH skaven bits

@Lex:  what is the figure you start to work with to make the conversion?

This rat is converted from a GD (as lex says), could the Tzeetch one? can you help me?

The bottom half looks like the Tzeentch one.

Added fur, clothing, tail and head and swapped the weaponhead
