Was wondering if there are any specialist games played at games day?

There used to be. Not sure if they do that anymore.

I'm not sure about all Games Days, but GD North America in Chicago has always had a Specialist Games section. They don't always have every game, but they do have 6+ tables set up with people running demo games all day.
