Title: Storm of Stone, can it confuse?

Is there no chance for confusion with Storm of Stone? You don't roll for drivebacks so I assume no confusion.

My groups understanding is that it doesn't confuse as 1. No drivebacks and 2. The spell doesn't explicitly state it confuses so it doesnt.
