Rules will be generally the same as this years, but with a couple of tweaks (see the feedback thread (http://www.talkfantasyfootball.org/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=36193)).
I'll get the rulespack up as soon as I've added the tweaks.
Looking into other avenues for getting a figure done (or something), but if we can't, the cost will come down, but again, that will be confirmed closer to the time!
Haven't managed to source a figure, so price has come down.
