Title: (Epic)-Full Chapter?

Hey

     Was wondering if anyone has a full chapter of space marrines in epic. I mean we've all seen full chapters in 40K (I think) and was wondering I anyone has one or has seen pictures. On another note, how big do you think IG armies are and again has anyone seen or has picks of a full Regiment?

I have a freinf who is a few stands short of the entire Ultramarines chapter.

Without supporting formations, a codex chapter consists of 5 Terminator formations, 18 Tactical formations (technically 18 2/3), 11 Assault formations, 11 Devestator formations, and 5 Scout formations, totalling 12,125pt.

Guard Regiments are much easier to collect, generally consisting of two or more companies of like formations (Infantry, Artillery, Tank, Heavy Tank, or Recon). An average size tends to be five companies.

An average Regiment of Seigemasters with support might look like this:

Heh.  I have the rest of the Termies I needed to finish the chapter.  I'd just need to paint em.  Though I'm almost tempted to TRY to rebase the sand based stuff I have and the random stuff I got at Little Wars to make some it look better.

You knock my meagre collection of Epic (Space Marines painted up as Dark Angels) into a cocked hat!!!
I must get around to finishing off my Ravenwing and then buying some Titans and Imperial Navy Fighters/Bombers to finish off my task force!

Hey guys don't post in epic forums usually but couldn't help but notice this regiment discussion. As far as the fluff goes it ranges from a couple hundred to a quarter mill, including support staff. Although the novels seem to put the number at a few (two to 5) thousand men on average. Sorry to bother jsut wanted to put in my two cents ;D
