Title: BFG:R Vote 12: Finalizing The Imperial Navy

Should the BFG:R Imperial Navy, as it is right now, plus the pending new Fleet Commander, Endeavor, Endurance, Defiant, and Dauntless rules, be official in BFG:R? If you believe it needs more work, please post why.
