For the basics I say no.
But if there is popular demand an added pdf page may be released afterwards. The flava pdf with Marine specifics and Craftworld specifics per example.

You should vote no if that's the case because a yes here means we will get the chapters done and include them in the SM fleet. Voting no means appendix later after the fleets are done.

I'd like to see Chapter traits, but for now let's just get the Fleets where we want them.

So i would say get anything down now that will go in a vanilla fleet. If we do te same for chaos fleets that will help push the basic chaos out faster.

True but I think we should still make sure we get the marks pinned down and daemon ships.

I voted no on this basis. A standard Marine fleet, with appendix of Chpater traits seems best to me.

I voted no. They can be an appendix or supplement later - no need to get distracted by them now though.

So it seems that everyone likes the idea if not the timeline. Maybe get a descussion going on the appendix while we finish the fleets?

I vote no for now, appendix later.
I guess that for most Chapters, their fleets will pretty much be the same (that is, probably quite small!). I think that if there are enough options to make a working/interesting fleet-based chapter list (e.g. Lamenters, Dark Angels etc.) with all of the typical Space Marine ‘goodies’ (good boarding parties and so on) this will have plenty-enough variety to simulate different chapter fleet-philosophies.
The other more ‘cosmetic’ stuff, like ‘Blood Angels like to bash stuff! +1 to boarding values’ (no offence to disciplined, shooty Blood Angels) or organisational changes won't be necessary for the basic list so can wait for an appendix to be done properly.
Although I'm not really sure what one would do with Chapter Traits…. Inspiration from the Badab war, perhaps?

I'd like to see different fleet options for the mightiest chapters, the smallest ones can use standard fleets. ;)
