1. Drop current VP table
2. Adopt the standardized reactive hull save.
3. Adopt the following point values:

Cairn: 525pts
Reaper: 385pts
Scythe: 315pts
Khopesh: 220pts
Shroud: 200pts
Cartouche: 155pts
Jackal: 50pts
Dirge: 45pts
