Ld 9 70pts
-up to 2 rerolls at 25pts each.

Mesme, same as original, 110pts.

I think 135 is way off te mark for him, the rules as presented in the FAQ seem quite adequate.

Crap... entirely forgot commanders come with a reroll... 110 is exactly where he should be.

I AM OFFICIALLY CHANGING MESME TO 110 so feel free to modify your vote.

Just to be clear this is 110 for ld 9, 2 re-rolls, and a crew skill +10 more for a refit?
