Title: Sepulchre, Necron's Weapon

The ordnance part, when does that happen? As read can be done only when shot or at any time when ordnance hits range and possibly all turns after both enemy and yours? Any clarification would be nice, thanks.

Ok, just seems like a passive ability on how I read it, which is why I asked.
