Title: Retribution with nova cannon
Post by: connahr on May 09, 2013, 10:33:21 PM
subject title says it all really

would this be too over powered or just plain awsome

if its overpowered may be there could be a reduction in weapons battery strength and theres a limit to only 1 nova cannon armed battleship

also out of curiosity, does anyone have a link to the rules for a space hulk?

Not overpowered at all, +10 points. This is one of the better options for battleships in the Admech list.

Check out the official/ unofficial rules thread sticky, the one your looking for is the xenos fleets from Armada: http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m2350043a_BFG_Xenos_Fleets.pdf

For the Chaos Space Hulk rules check out the FAQ2010 Powers of Chaos: http://tinyurl.com/23nul8q

Some would say that 9 torpedoes are better then 1 Nova Cannon anyway.

Magnetize it. You can play anything you want then.
Even a Gothic pattern Apoc or Oberon.

well it doesn't matter now as i'm getting both the emperor class and games workshop are going to cast a retribution for me (suppose they feel bad about letting me order and pay for it, but then not having enough stock to dispatch it)

although a retribution with nova cannon does sound good
