Title: Daemon ship popping out of the warp question

So on the turn the daemon ship comes out of the warp, materializes, is it considered to be a defence as it didn't move?

If it didnt move last turn its a defense :/. I dont recall anything in the faq about this but ill look through there again.

If it didn't move it is a defense.
