Dude you can still buy the Jessails, the Doomwheel and the Ogres from GW, you won't find them cheaper or to swap anywhere now before they disappear.

Just go to the GW website, click on the appropriate country site that you want (that has those figures available) and order them. You are allowed to put a shipping address that is out of that country.

I've recently successfully ordered stuff from GW Australia and GW USA doing this (and I live in the UK).
Of course shipping and tax is a killer unless you can get someone who is in that country to act as your go between!
