Title: Where have the warmaster models gone on GW's main page?

A friend and I are getting up to speed with warmaster and were going to get an army for another friend to draw him into the game (sneaky gift giving ;) ). However, it seems that almost all models have now vanished from games workshops main site.

Does anyone know anything about this?

This is the final, terminal end of Specialist Games from GW.

For a month now they've been winding down the range.  Stock is removed as it is exhausted.

Check other country's GW sites.
I placed orders from Australia and had them shipped to the USA.

Or you can use other manufacturers

As GW moves more towards resin they will only be doing fantasy and 40k. There will be no more metal model, hence warmaster models have gone extinct.

OK - I was just talking to someone in GW Aus and he said they are still making models to order down there as long as they are still on the website!

I wish GW wasn't so bloody opaque about this stuff. It's left to front line and customer support staff to field all the questions.
