Found him in the middle of some kislevite characters. Never seen before in this range. He could be imperial but I never saw him there too.

I think you may be right Aldhick, judging by photos I've found. I have no models to compare to at the moment.

It looks like a bit of a kit bash - Khemri/Undead minis adapted to the Empire Imperial Altar

Actualy it's toomb king together with artillery crew on war altar body pulled by TK chariot crew. All GW models
