jchaos,

It's difficult to make out on the photo but the camel mounted figure, does it have large drums on each side? I guess these would be good for an Araby army?

Yep, It has a drum on each side of the camel. I think the whole pack is great for araby, turbants, renaissance flavour, horses, camels, lances ... sweet.

The first guy to the left of the Undead cavalry, has "Mounted Sultan General" written all over him!

Of the 4 figures shown, how many of each type do you get in the pack? I'm guessing 3 camels and 4 each of the horse mounted figures?

The pack I bought have (from left to right):

6x horsemen pointing
3x horsemen with lance
3x horsemen with standard
4x camel rider with drums

I bought it in a local store not directly from pendraken. 16 figures in total.

I've ordered a Halfling command pack, 5 figures apparently. I'll try to post a photo when they arrive.
