Though I always lurk here, I thought I'd take a moment to mention a bit of good news. :)
Way back in 2002 I created paper counters for all the armies in Warmaster, with Rick P's blessings. The original files were on the WM yahoo group as image files. This weekend, I converted them all into PDFs to make printing a lot easier with more options. I did this to kick off getting back into WMF. I was going to rush out to buy some miniatures, but I decided to follow my own advice and test the waters with paper.

I'm also hosting the files on my own server. You can get there via my blog. You can also follow my WM progress and thoughts.

I hope you enjoy them or have enjoyed them in the past.

Excellent stuff indeed! Have you ever thought about creating counters for other armies? The obvious ones being Araby, Dogs of War and Ogre Kingdoms. I'm sure there are plenty of people on here who would willingly send you photos of their figures to help make the counters up.
Having said that, at least for the Dogs of War stuff there are plenty of suitable counters already on the Empire, Orc & Goblin and Dwarf sheets.

I'd love to expand the sets at time permits. Plus, my photoshop skills are a lot better than they were 12 years ago! ;D

Just a quick followup. I just posted an article on making Empire counters using real bases and my experiences with printing the PDFs at Staples.
