Title: Does anyone play "Inquisimunda" type games using Warhammer 40k figures?
Post by: Stormwind on May 13, 2014, 08:15:20 PM
My RL friend and I rarely get to meet nowadays and even then can barely get a game of anything in.

But we occasionally look up painting and modelling blogs where people make amazing miniatures and kitbash great 28mm scale figures and get inspired.  I've got a couple of figures and he's assembling a warband.  The thing is, there's no clear rules/costing for a more freeform Necromunda game like that with Inquisitors and Deathwatch Marines.

So I thought I'd ask what other users had experienced in that regard, here, if anything.

I know that there's a community out there that plays Inquisitor in 28mm scale.

This blog might point you in the right direction.

Pretty much the center of all things Inquisitor seems to be focused at The Conclave. If there's anyone doing what you're talking about, they're probably to be found there.

Late to the party, but you can find INQ28 and custom Kill team stuff both on this forum.

Very inspiring stuff.

YakTribe also has a small section dedicated to it:
