Title: Boarding value modifiers

Hello,

I bought a small Chaos fleet a couple of years ago, but didn't play with it much. Now I'm feeling the itch again and just brought it up to 1500. Reading through my options I noticed something that's not entirely clear to me.
Being a Chaos ship gives +1 to boarding, having a CSM crew gives +2. So is the CSM crew bonus in addition to being a Chaos ship, or does it replace the normal +1? I assume it is the latter, but since the former would be quite lovely I thought I'd ask. ;)

It does replace the +1 not add too it, as nice as that might be :P.
