Title: Harlequins and Eversor Assassins in Epic 40K/NetEpic?

Are these commonly used? I've only seen Vindicare Assassins in NetEA, and no Harlequins. Reason why I'm asking is that they're some of the coolest concepts I've seen in 40K.

Harlequins are available in NetEpic Gold.  You just need to look through the Eldar/Dark Eldar supplement to find their rules.  Not so many players use them, as there were no recent models for them, so unless they played back in the days of Space Marine, they're unlikely to have any models.
