This is an attempt to carry on a solo campaing.
It is just a narrative, gaiming, warmaster, photography, modelling, english grammar, and painting temptative to keep my motiviation up and also an oportunity to share with you experience of the hobby and received some feedback or whatever... who knows what can happen.
I made some rules that are living and ... because I am umpire, player 1 and player 2 they could be modified as long there is a consensus between players and umpire 8)
Let's see how far I could get without loosgin motivation or abandon this project ???
The record sheet is about a place, a general, their heros and characters and the history of their followers, and is something like this:

Brief sum up of rules.
- Each turn consist in one season. The year have 5 season
(Negative modfiers makes easy buy a dot, while positive modifiers make expensive to buy a dot)
Spring: -1 trade; +1 war and raids
Summer: -1 war and raids; +1 recruitment
Autumm: -1 recruitment;
Winter: -1 settlement and law +1 war and raids, +1 trade; +1 Exploration and quest;
Sacred time: -1 Religion; +3 to all the rest
- Each character you have gives 1 action-point (AC) that could be spend in a turn. AP are determined in a randomize way. Roll a dice for the number of characters +1 sides. Result of 1 is always 0 AP.
So if you have 2 characters throw 1D3, 1- means no action-points; 2- means 1 action-point; 3- means 2 acion points.
Other example 5 characters means 1d6, which 1 is no action-points,; 2 means 1 action-point and so on.
- With the action points in a turn you could spend/allocate them in religion, recruitment, exploration n quest, law and settlement, war and raids, commerce.
You need 2 action points to trigger each event. But there is modifiers to the number of action points needed to triger an event (see above).
So in sacred time you could trigger a religous act with 1 action point but need 5 to go to war
In Summer is easy going to war 1 action point but is difficult to recruitmen new units 3 action points.
- When the action point is spend an event is triggered. In my solo campaing it means the character should pass a test of leadership wizards 7, heros 8 and general 9 for humans. If pass throw a dice in a chart. If not pass throw a dice in a chart. And then see what happens, play a game, build a diorame, paint a unit, make some scenery, make a narrative section, play a skirmish, whatever....
- When 5 dots of a stat is full, automatically gain 5 more dots (6-10), but then it is needed 3 action points for each new dot (in order to activate a trigger).
- The campaing is divided in segments of phases. Each phase has goals that need to be complete to go to the next phase.
In example the first phase goals are:
Build a shrine (earn religous 1 dot)
Explore your new enviroment (earn exploration and quest 3 dots)
- When there is inactivity in two consecutives seasons because you can not have enough AP to spend in a dot then an event happens. This move on the campaign. An event does not mean necessarely a bad success, could be positive. Roll in an event chart.
That is the idea, some rules need to be develped others will be changed... but this is an starting point.

I like the idea, but I find your action generating mechanic odd.
If you have 1 character, you'd roll a D3 and only have a 1 in 3 chance of a single action-point?
So if you have 3 characters, then what? Roll a D3 still? So automatic success and up to 3 points maximum?
If you go to 4 characters do you then roll a D6? In which case you have a maximum of 4 points, but also a good chance of none (a 1 in 3 chance)- so sticking with 3 characters would be better.
Or what if you go to 7 characters? Orcs can do that pretty easily.

Each character gives the change of getting one action-point (AP) + the possibility of 0 action points.
So the sides of the dice will be number of character+1.
the result 1 is always 0 action points.
I am afraid is more difficult to explain it in english than the concept itself.
In example:
1 character: 1D2 (odd = 1 = O action-points (AP); pair = 2= 1 action point (AP))
2 characters: 1D3 (1=0AP; 2=1 AP; 3=2AP)
3 characters: 1D4
4 characters: 1D5 (divide 1D10/2)
5 characters: 1D6
6 characters: 1D7 (that's wierd, so throw 1D8 and ignore "8 result")
7 characters: 1D8
and so on...
Even you could obtain all results with 1D10, just ignore the high results, and roll until you get the number that fits.

I had made some charts. Two chart of triggers for every "site stat" where you can spend points (religion, recruitment, exploration and quest, settlement and laws, war and raids, trade).
I show you an example of the Religion charts I made for the phase I (one of the goals is made a shrine).
Example is sacred time and have two characters. So 1D3 is roll for action points. The result 1 is always 0 AP. Dice is roll is obtain 2 that means 1 AP. It is needed 2 action points to trigger an event but because is sacred time and magic and warp floows in these sacred time it is only needed 1 AP.
So your shaman can allocate one dot to religion then shaman should make a roll of command. Shaman have 7, so 2D6 is roll. If it is a success roll in success chart, if not roll in non success chart.
Success chart roll 1D6
1 - Shrine build - Goal completed
2 - Ritual to hallow the soil of the shrine (-1 to this chart next time you roll in it)
3- Ritual to call the spirit of the ancestors (-2 to this chart next time you roll in it)
4- Found a sacred Oak. Use the wood to build the altar (-3 to this chart next time you roll in it)
5- Ritual made to aid our general in some specific way. (gives +1 to the next leadership roll for the next trigger)
6- Bless object/weapon, one unit gain a magic object (sword of might in example)
Non success chart roll 1D6
1- Spirits do not respond our prays (next religion trigger needs +1)
2- Spirits are angry with your behaivour (lost one magic object)
3- Spirits punish you for your incompetence and ill one character (you can not use one character for the next 1D4 seasons)
4- Magic burst from the shaman in a uncontrollably way, the moral of your characters is low (-1 to the next leadership roll)
5- The bad use of the ritual breaks the warp tissue attracting daemons
6- The bad use fo the ritual haunted the place attracting ethereal hosts
When the goal is made and shrine is made, then I should rewrite part of the success religion chart. So the rules are living.
That is an example of a turn of the campaing.

That makes sense with the characters.
Who specifically makes each roll? Can the general make the shrine, or only magic users? Or what if the general is a magic user?
What happens when daemons or ethereal hosts are attracted?
Why do the results on the success chart go from best (-3) to worst (-1) as you get closer to your goal (a roll of 1)?

Who made the rolls, the sense of the history will answer it, so I would decide when the things happnes. If the general is a magic user It makes sense he could make religion rolls with 9 leadership.
When daemosn or ethereal host are attracted could happen different things, but will depend of what I would do when the success occurr. I could play a skirmish with some other ruleset (I would like to test confrontation ruleset), or play a siege of daemons to the fort, or the next battle the enemy will be reinforcement with a ethreal host unit... What happens it is not needed to be determinate now, but when happnes.
Also will give some direction to paint. If daemons appear, I could stop the campaing and paint a force of 500 pts daemons and make a game.
It depends also the figures I have and lot of factors.

Year 0. Sacred time. Prelude – Phase I
Sacred Time is a week when magic is strong, the spirits are eager to communicate with the living and the year finish. At the court of Kislev is time for sacred rituals and amusements. Tzarina Katarina organizes every year a hunting with her boyards. The nobility gather in the court and uses the hunting party to intrigue and sharing news.
Tatiana is the young daughter of Baron Sergai Aliyev, Commander of the army of Praag. His father died five year ago in a battle against chaos defending the city. She grew up in military strategies and became a brave but inexperience leader.

On the way to the hunting the Tzarina requests the attention of Tatiana Aliiyev, and explains that she has lost the contact with the Fort Konevopol in the northern frontier, near the Troll Country. Katarina wants Tatiana to go with a small force to the fort and establishes a garrison. She will need the services of Ivan Blum a wise shaman that will advise her and assist the Bear Cult. Tatiana could not refuse it. In the first days of the entering year she lead the expedition to Bolgasgrad. There take a boat and go river up until reach Erengard. In the city take food and continue their march north to the fort.
Tatiana Aliiyev forces are a regiment of axemens and a regiment of archers supporting a war wagon and a regiment of light cavalry.

Note: this is a forum, so please feel free to interrupt, comment, share your ideas. The camping intention is to promote the hobby in all the aspects (painting, photograph, basing, static modelism, game, rules, etc...) as well as a driven force to solo games and keep myself with the enough motivation to enjoy 10mm and warmaster. Also is a bit of a challange for the need of write narrative in english, so if I make grammar mistakes or sometimes is a bit confiusing, please have my apologies

Very good result for starting the campaing. I decide to go straigh to the easy goal and use the 2 AP to gain a dot in Religion.
Shaman Ivan Blum (lead 7) makes the leadership/command roll --> 3+2=5 success --> Roll in the Success chart --> 5 Ritual made to aid our general in some specific way. (gives +1 to the next leadership roll for the next trigger)
Not obtain the goal, because I could not build the shrine but is a good help for the next season. Maybe could be good idea do the next trigger with the shaman in order to use the luck of the spirits and rise his leadership of 7 to 8[/spoiler]

The expedition arrives to fort Konevopol and found nothing but a ruin. Explorers confirm it is empty, no kislevites and no corpses. There is sign of violence everywhere but no survivors and no fort to make the garrison. Tatiana did not expect to found such desolation, but she immediately gives orders to make an encampment in the ruins of the fort.
Ivan Blum conduct a horse sacrifice in order to bring the expedition good luck and calm down the troops. The spirits pleases the sacrifice and grant them with luck, so the moral is high, but everyone ask himself what could happened to the kislevite garrison and where are the corpses of the last garrison.

They spend the spring collecting food, wood and hunting. The reconstruction of the fort is not going to be a easy at all.

No action. Even if I had obtain 1 Action point in summer I only could spend it in war and raids. So because I do not know anyone in the zone I could not raid or make war.... well I could attack katarina in kislev, my ally but I do not really want to do so [/spoiler]
Traditionally summer is the time for invasions and war, so the garrison watches the horizons and rest. Nothing bad happened in these months and the soldiers are happy. No one remember the unease feel they had when arrived in the spring.
The construction of the fort is slow but Tatiana does not want to push them. They had collected enough food to pass the winter without problems.

How quickly will you be going through seasons? Clearly there could be quite a few with little activity.
Does the morale bonus from the horse sacrifice continue until a Ld test is needed? It's not lost over the inactive summer or anything similar?
Can you store up points? For example, if you'd gained 2 APs in the summer but didn't want to raid could you use the points in Autumn? Or can you store points collected in summer for the next summer?

Yeap, the seasons could be very quickly. In fact yesterday I throw the dice for Autum and I obtain a 1=0AP. That means that year 1 is practically done, so there is something that I do not llike.
Yesterday I introduce the next rule to fix that:
- When there is inactivity in two consecutives seasons because you can not have enough AP to spend in a dot then an event happens. This mechanisim move on the campaign. An event does not mean necessarely a bad success, could be positive. Roll in an event chart.
My idea is while the number of charater increase the number of actions increased too, and the "time" "pass slowly". For instance 4 character could give 3 AP (that would be 2 triggers, one typical of the season for 1 AP and the other choose by the genarl for 2 AP).

Yes, it is the result of an action and will last until it is used. It is not lost until the next Ld test is made. The spirits will wait until the moment to help or pay the debt of the sacrifice.

That is interesting, but I would say no. Each AP are gain in a season and should be spend in the season.
AP represent the sum of the efforts of all characters to obtain something in a determined momement. It is the abstration of competence, luck, destiny, moral, resources, will, leadership, skills, wealth, etc... in a time period. I understand is something that can not be stored.
Also prevent "save points" for several season and suddenly in a season doing too many actions.
Not saving AP could make the starting difficult but ... the beginings are alway difficults (in all aspect of the life and games :) )
First attempt to think the rules I put some time limit to fullfil the goals (2 years) but then I though that I prefere just make the camaping flow with its own rythim than have pressure to make fullfil goals in a period of time. So I discard the time limit.

About the turn

Two successive seasons without activity so a Roll in Event table is needed (1D20). The result is 11 that menas New objective added.
I decide to add an objective of settlement and Law --> an self sufficient Fort should be constructed.
That is not necessary bad, but longer the Phase I. mmmh...

During the Autum season the attempts to rebuild the fort were a completely failure. The foundations are damage so Tatiana decides to built a new fort bigger and maybe bring some settlers in the future.

By now the garrison uses the old fort as a shelter and the days pass calm. One day a watcher saw some sails in the sea horizon. The sails were squares so it is very probable that the boats belonging to norsca. The sails disappear in the partially iced sea.

Roll for AC--> 3=means 2 AP
As it is winter, war, trade and exploration have a modifier of +1AP that means each action are (2+1) 3AP, so it is out of my possibilities.
As it is winter, settlement and law is easy, it has a modifier of -1, which leads to 2-1= 1AP
Religion and recruitment are not modified by winter season so it is needed 2AP
Next season is sacred time so it is quite possible to obtain easily a religion trigger so I am not going to waste my AP of winter in religion. Also I do not see recruitment necessary as long as I am not in war, but what I need is to reach my goals.
So I will go for settlement and law that cost 1 AP in winter. As I have 2 AP, pops up a doubt, could be legal to carry on the same action several times in a season. So can I do several times settlement and law?
Yes, I think it makes sense (for instance it makes sense recruit several unit per season). But the bonus only applies to the first action, so in this case:
First action in winter: Settelment (2-1)= 1AP
Second action in winter: Settelment (2 no bonus)= 2AP --> can not afford it with me 2 AP
But the malus (posistive modificesr) still applies to all the actions.
Well in this case Tatiana is going to face the roll of settlement and law. As it became a goal the charts are special for this goal and substitutes the “generic settlement and law†charts.
Tatiana has a Ld of 9, but the spirits help in the roll, so they add a +1. Command of Tatiana is 10. --> roll made 2+5 = 7 Success, so it is needed a roll in Success table for goal “building a fortâ€
Result is 2 --> that mean building a fort in 2 seasons. >Goal completed ! New fort is expected to be operative on summer of year 2

Tatiana starts the contruction of a new fort calle Novyy Kenovopol near the delta of the River Tobol. In summer some boats could enter in the river through the delta so it is a good defensive position about sea raiders, Tatiana thought.
The axemen are happy as spirits helps Tatiana to choose the new place for the fort. Moral is high and fort is expected to be finish for the next summer.

What a bad luck, no action points. That was a great possibility to add the religion goal of the phase I.

During Sacred Time, Ivan Blum conduct the main rites of the Bear Cult.
Tatiana send a messanger to inform to the Tzarina that during the year of garrison she did not found hostile forces, and had no information about the fate of the last garrison. Unfortunately she could not build the shrine and the territory is still unknown for her, but she found difficulties for the high damage of the foundation and a new Fort is being build.

Can you recruit new characters in the same way as units? It seems like it'd be a good idea to recruit a new character as soon as possible, then you can get between 0-4 AP per phase (and, most importantly, cut down on the likelihood of 0 AP's from 33% to 25%). I understand you're doing this for fun, not exactly efficiency, but that's the way I like to be.

It is taking shape as a administrative or gestion solo campaign, more than a battle campaign.
My idea is phase I (consolidation) to test the ruleset and go administrative, but it is going slow. Anyway I have my fun.
Second phase (relief) will have war objectives as Eringrad will be siege and it is needed to be relief.
Recruitment will give units coming from a background of sites of interest found or ally relationship ( I mean 3 dots full at ally).
Characters merge from triggers, but it is needed to obtain the roll. For instance, building a fort with 6 can recruit a dwarf engineer that act as a hero (8 comnd) but when rolling for settlement and law can use his 10 comnd.
Also in exploration and quest (one of the goals) there is possibility to found characters that join the faction. That is the reason about goal of 4 dots of exploration is needed to be complete phase I. Maybe 4 dots will be too much ! I should taking down to 2 dots of exploration to fullfill the goal.
Maybe is not working, too low possibilities of growing up quickly, but I prefere a difficult grow up of the faction rather than a bubble of units battles and heros.
Next phase is spring, traditional season for trade so I had an idea of making the flow of the campaing not so randomize.
Just thinking in add a concept of "goods, livestok and wealth". Trade can make a profit of +1 goods.
Then you could spend the goods in any moment in order to obtain inmediatly something you need. In this case a character, it should be like hiring a dog of war hero or something.
You could obtain:
+2 goods a unit
+4 goods a hero
Also goods can be offered as gifts in order to stop a war or improve the relationships.
imrove of dots in relationship (being -3 at war and +3 ally)
0-1: 1 goods
1-2: 3 goods
2-3: 5 goods
-1 a 0:1 goods
-2 a -1: 5 goods
-3 a -2: 10 goods
Magic objects can not be bought but you can trade or gift them as being goods
magic weapon = +2 goods
magic banner = +4 goods
artifacts = +5 goods
Again use of goods will not be inmediatly, goods need to be earned and save to be used in a deteminated moment, because should not be the driven force of the campaign. AP should be driven force of the camapign.

I really like your goods idea. Something that can be collected and saved up over time should really help for when you just don't know what to do with your APs.

Roll for AC reult 3= 1AP
In spring with 1 AP I can trade. Ivan Blum make a roll of command (7). Result is 2+3=5. So I roll in Generic Trade Success chart. Result is 4 = Benefit in commercial route +4 Goods or +1 diplomacy.
I choose the 4 goods and spend them hiring a hero.
Also this season the fort is finished. I need to retrieve a model for the fort this Xmas. That is a good opportunity to paint and ensemble it. I have this fort for years in its box :)
The trade to Erengard has open the relationship with them. Because the city is in the Good guys block the relationship start with +1, because Erengard is a Kislevite City, then has other +1
I could use the trade trip to obtain +1 diplomacy with Erengard and improve the relationship to +3 and make the city my ally, but I prefere to gain +4 goods and hire a hero (as Geep says, I need it!! )

Tatiana is sleeping and spirits reveal to her with a message. -“ I am Geep†the spirit says in her dream. “-You are to few… you need to recruit someone as soon as possible… go to Erengard and find the Twins… they will be your eyes in this strange land… find the twins …â€
Tatina awakes and prepare a trading party to Erengard. Ivan will trade some furr for goods and he will keep his eyes open about mercenaries.

Ivan Blum makes profit of the furr in the market of Erengarad and walk to the shadow allies where the mercenaries make deals. Ivan is offering enough gold for a year of service.
He talked with three potential candidates to be hired, as the spirits says he was searching for a pair with twins souls. The first pair is compose by men and bear, the second by men and mule, the third is made of two halflings.

Mad Yurgen, a Bear Master, he travelled around kislev territory hunting bears and taming them for making royal steeds. Mad Yurgen not know fear and is crazy for entering battle (literally).

No name wanderer. He tells he is an animal hunter and knows by heart all the territory from Erengard to Troll Country. Once he hunted a wild griffon and make large profit of its skin. He hates trolls and also have contact with wild northern tribes of barbarians.
The wanderer that do not want to say his name ask about information, he want to know the wealth of the Fort Novyy Konevopol.

Febo and Debo, two brothers adventurers from The Moot. Febo is skilled with the bow and Debo fences pretty good. Both likes the cakes and taking a nap after the meal. They are chubby but have the vivid look of the rogues in their eyes.
Febo and Debo ask about comfortable room in the fort.
What hero should hire Ivan with his gold? and why?

The halflings seem the least insane, which makes this a rare day.
I don't think the fort is quite up for war just yet, so Yurgen would be unhappy (plus I'm not sure if a shackled bear is really a 'twin soul').
No-named guy is suspicious for being no-named, and wanting to know the wealth of the fort. Plus he has northern contacts. Take him if you feel like fighting those same northern contacts next year ;) (Plus if he's twin-souled, he's twin-souled with a mule. That's got to be a bad sign)
The halflings are small, so take up less room in the fort. They mainly care about food and comfort (and are well known as excellent protectors of the baggage (food) wagon. You can send them off to scout, safe in the knowledge that they'll return to the main source of food and not run away on you.
Thus speaks the spirit of Geep :P

Febo and Devo fits well the the people of the Fort, so they adapt quickly to the military life, and soldiers in their spare time laughed to Febo and Debo riddles, jokes and tales about the Moot and their big big family.

I think a little bit about how I will manage the war. And I will try to carry the war as a set of Tennis. So

Also I decide that Troll Country must be a wierd, savage and dangerous place. Roll each turn with 5+ a dangerous unit joins the battle. Movement is randomize and it is aggresive.

During one of Febo and Debo exploration party, they found a great artificial mountain. They come closer to find that it was a great grave mound.

Suddenly appears from the shadows a hostil naked men, with signs of madness in his face. Febo shot his bow and the critter died. - Ghouls - whispered Debo.

The two Halflings approached to the mound and could see a number of zombies emerging from the hollow mountain.

The living corpses were the kislevites from the old Fort Konevopel. It seems a powerful vampire is using the dark power of the tomb for some dark purpose and destroyed the fort a year ago.

The Vampire emerged in the top of the grave and stared directly to Debo’s eyes. A chill stroke Debo’s body! And both hobbits ran away.

Back in the New Fort they tell the encounter to Tatiana. Ivan Blum speaks about the Tomb:
"- Chamon Dharek is a great grave mound, sacred to the Kurgan and strong with tainted power. It is surrounded by mummified horses, and within it is a vast treasure in gold and gems. The treasure is cursed, however, and not even the foul reavers of the north dare to touch it.
Raiders from various northern factions often winter here, and members of different factions can stay without too much bloodshed, as the respect they hold for the location restrains them from overt war. Even in the summer, there are normally warriors and shamans of the Ruinous Powers here. The Kislevite nomads are careful to stay as far away from the cursed place as they can.
I do not know why a vampire had come to the grave, but if the vampire is keeping the northern warriors out of his sacred mound it has to be a powerful vampire !"
- "It is more than possible that the vampire go to the old Fort searching for us," - says Tatiana, - "prepare the regiments we will engage the Necrarcas in the ruins. To the battle !"

I assume the 15/love is in Kislev's favour? Why does it start out that way?

Because I played the summer battle and kislev won ;D
But did not prepared the battle report yet.
It was a around 500 points, solo game, so not a big display of tactics. But is interesting to see what happens in situations.
For example one kislevite horse archers (80 points) faces 2 zombies (70 points). Making the playtest this way is a lot more fun :)

Consideration of the battle:
- Troll country special. The battle last 4 turns, and no troll band feels curiosity for the violence in the fort.
- Vampire counts attacks fast in a best condition. Kislev forces were marching, warwagon not laggered, and few infantry in defended position (only 1 stand).
The clash was very very match but in both combat kislevites won by 1 or 2. So horse archer pursuit to the zombies was easy to eliminate them and the center once the first wave of gohuls was expulsed the wagon laggered by initiative becoming defended.
Vampire counts could have the victory with a little bit of luck, but I wonder if they would have possibilities in the case of attacking to a laggered warwagon+axemen+bowmen
- So kislevites works well as defensive army.
- I really like zombi (4 hits) and ghouls (4 attacks) profiles. They are a lot of fun. I think werewolves fit well with ghoul profile.
- Tatianas forces did not loose any unit. That is good for the campaign

I will use 2 points for letting Febo and Debo explores a little bit more. Febbo and Debo has a command of 8. Roll (4+2) 6. It is a success. So roll in Goal Exploration: Explore the area Success chart. Roll 6. “Exploration of Ruins. Good battlefield.†That means next battle will be in the site of interest and due to its tactical advantage of the terrain the kislevite will have more terrain and ruins in is side.
Then I will use my last point to recruitment because in Autum reinforcement is easy. I pick one infantry axemen.
At last we are at war. I decide that Vampire counts attack will be every Autum. So there will be an attack with a roll 4+. Roll 6 Battle Necrarcas attack this season !
Additional rule: If a roll of two dices are doubles during administration segment then a event is trigger. Roll in event chart (1D20)

The news of a nest of undead in Chamon Dharek spread quickly . Few days later a regiment of strange kislevites arrives to Fort Konevopol. They are Mad Yurgen an the bear hunters. They would like to join to the garrison as the 5th regiment and participate in the war against the vampire. They were kindly welcome by Tatiana.

Tatiana could only pass one command roll in the whole game, so his army stare the undeads with fear and refuse to engage, due to this she could not use the ruins and the battle was near her edge.
Vampire lord has great command rolls and could combine an infantry and cavalry attack. Victory for the undeads. Only destroyed the warwagon as the other units go out the table and do not return to the battle, so I decide in terms of the campaign they will save their lives despite the battle is lost.
Again Troll country rules was used but no "troll guests" come to the party.

I was wondering why you didn't make more use of the ruins, but bad command rolls make sense of it.
I'm going to have no internet access for over a week, so I look forward to the completed fort, heaps of exploration and smashed VC army by the time I'm back ;)

Nice campaign!. A lot of good narrative and hobby elements there.
Battles seem fun and fast.
When I play solo games I've found it's useful to generate random deployement points for both armies in opposite sides of the table. This forces me to start playing in interesting situations, like non symmetric deployments.
Other useful idea is to prepare random small reinforcenments during the game, to bring some fresh situations to deal with.

There is a house rule of playing in Troll country. Evrey turn there is 5+ possibilities to enter a troll unit attracted by the battle, but it didn't happen so far.

Ivan Blum could not invoke the ancient spirit of the bear in order to bound it to hallowed soil. People are not happy. The last defeat and not having a proper place to pray to their gods is not good for the troop moral.
Anyway this year some exploration has been made, the place for the shrine is found and fort was complete. Not bad year.

That means real problems, another war in progress and against chaos.. no good .. no good
Sarl northern tribe will start with-2 to relationships and every spring with a result of 5+ they will ask for tribute (1 good first time, 2 good next time and so on...) for being in his land. If the tribute is not paid then they attack.
I guess I should start painting 500 points of undivided chaos sarl tribe as a miniproject. I love painting chaos

I continue a little bit the campiang with a skirmish game which tells how the two hobbits, Febo and Devo, while exploring found a Erengard's caravan attaccked by Sarl warriors. Finally Febo and Debo are captured by the Chaos workshippers and then Sarl Tribe will know about the existence of the new Kislevite Fort.
In some days barbarian emissaries will ask for tribute to the fort, As Tatiana will not pay there will be war. But first I need to paint 500 points of chaos.
The game was in Troll Country, so each turn with 6+ a troll or critter enter in the game, but once again no big critter has been attract by the violence during the game
Secondy I played this game using skirmish ruleset Ronin (ospray). I found it very simple, fun, quick and easy to convert from Japan to fantasy or whatever setting.

Finally Sarl tribe ask the tribute to Tatiana. She refuse but manage to move into the ruins to present battle. Tatiana was outnumbered so it will be a one contact battle and her only chance of winning will be using the ruins. But unfortunatly Sarl tribe move very fast and kislevites could not reach the ruins. Sarl tribe pass through the kisslevites destroying the unit of archers. A bitter defeat... but fortunateley while the corase force of chaos were killing kislevites, Febo and Debo escape from the barbarian campament using their rogue skills !

Summing up: Febo and Debo during its scape of chaos camp found the Ungols, a steppe horse tribe linked with the kislevites. The warlord of the ungols joins Tatiana as a character with a substancial quantity of horse bowmen.
There had been two more confrontation with campire counts.
During the first one, in a frozen land, a unit of minotaurs and a unit of ice-fishy-demons were attract to the violence. Kislevites exhasted of fighting creatures from Troll country were finally defeted when vampire counts charge.
Wow I am loosing one after one all my kislevites battles.. hard time for being a human :oç
The second one (in summer and grass battlefield), was a battle not resolve. Real world makes me end the battle. But was fun displaying the minis and gaming two turns ;D

Let's continue the chronicle,
But first a little of Sum up after this gap of time not playing the solo campaing.
Tatiana a noble kislev women and her shaman Ivan Blum moves to Troll Country to reinforct an isolated kislev garrison and build a shrine.
When they reach Fort Novy they found the fort in ruins and no corpses. Exploring the land they found an old Tumule inhabited by a powerful Vampire Count.
Tatiana build another Fort in the north and confront difficulties with the undead and the Sarl tribe, barbarians and savage peoples who demand tribute to Tatiana and workship forbiden gods.
Tatiana also found allies as two Rogue hobbits called Febo and Debo, those charismatic heroes joined the garrison. The help of the bear masters a regiment of kislevites known for tame Bears and at last Tatiana got the support of the Ungols, hard tribes of steppe nomads who lived in the area.
But Tatiana had learned what defeat means in the northen lands of Troll Country. This year she could not stand another Battle, so when Sarl Tribe came to ask for the tribute, Tatiana paid with jewls and silver. This act made her not very popular among her troops but in the depth of their hearts all the veterans known that was the only way of survive.
In summer they finally end to build the Holy Shrine of the Bear God. Ivan hallowed the soil and great rituals were made. The Bear God appear and grant Tatiana a magic gift. Tatiana obtain the capability of understand the magic and becames a magic user. The Ungol tribes heard about this and some regiments move to the Fort and became part of the garrison.
The people of the fort was hunting and start fishing abundantly so they have exceed of food for the next year.
But then someting happens. A ship appear in the horizont on the sea. A trinagular black sail : Dark Elves.
The dark elves expedition landed in the south area of the Troll Country. It is possible that this ship was part of a big raid to the city of Erengard.
Tatiana gather their men and prepare to confront the dark elves before they march to the south to join the main force of Dark Elves.
