Hi guys,
With four of my friends we are playing the basic Blue Book campaign.
We are having fun and we are happy about it, even though some of us would appreciate maybe something more complex in terms of map strategy
Two questions:
- which is the tipical "renown level " you set as objective? We were thinking 50 points, but we're not sure it is too much or too low
- do you know other valid (intended as interesting and balanced) campaign systems we can use after finishing this one?
Referring to the second question it would be nice to collect in one topic all the campaign systems currently availble highlighting strenght and weaknesses of each one
Thanks

Thanks a lot. Will check them out.
Have any of you tried them?

No worries, was same link to Warp Rift as I posted in the other thread. ;)

The write up in issue 14 was quite good, although it seemed to convert the campaign into a league rather than a map based campaign seizing systems and suchlike. I really like the original concept which encourages players fighting for control over the more valuable systems, allowing you the tactical decision of grabbing less valuable system and have less people fight you for them.
We are about to launch a 5 month campaign, with lots of Xenos players so I was hoping to find some guidance on exapnding the original system to incorporate those races smoothly as well. However with those articles I might be able to cobble together a new original version (could be another article for the new Warp Rift).
