Title: Where to get round flight bases for cheap???

Hi guys,

For a while now I've been working on my ship designs (http://www.forum.specialist-arms.com/index.php?topic=5682.0) and some of them (http://i1299.photobucket.com/albums/ag77/Stefmanovic/2014-12-02160004_zpsad11030b.jpg) are in the process of being cast. However, since I'd like this to be a more 'complete' kit, I need flight stands, and a lot of them. Been looking around here and there, but I seem to be only able to find hexagonal ones, and I would really like those 30mm round ones you see on the BFG models. However, I can't really buy them from GW, so does anybody know where I could get some standard ones that I could order in bulk?

I think you need to search the Asian market for the cheapest solution.

Maybe Chaos & Evil has an idea?

Mongoose Publishing made clear flight stands like the old GW 30mm ones, here's a guy still selling them:

After that, maybe a laser cut solution.

I just ordered some bases from undergroundlasers.  I got them in MDF with quadrants and names engraved.  I'll put up pictures when they arrive.  He can also make them in acrylic (multiple colors).  Ended up paying about 70 cents a piece (including shipping).

He sent me a picture of the bases.  I requested no holes since I use a combination of nails and steel rod for basing.

Those bases look pretty cool with the names on them. What site website that you found those on?

He doesn't have them up as a general item, but if you send him a message he can hook you up.  He does acrylic as well (clear, green, blue, etc...).
