I'm making some Eldar ship 3d- models for Battlefleet gothic ships, and I try to make them close in size to the original models.
The Problem is, I don't own any ships except Tau ones, so I'm not really sure about their proportions.
Could someone do me a solid and measure their Eldar ships?
The Hemlock's and the Aconite's length are what I want to know most, but any ships measurements would be apreciated.
> From what I could see in pictures, this should be about right is size. Am I close enough to be playable? They should be usable as Hemlock and Aconite.

Very nice models Mc_Cloud, Hemlock leght should be something like 35mm, the aconite shall be a bit bigger because of the lance but with a sorter hulk.
I hope I helped you.
Are you sharing the models somehow? I will have a 3d printer soon and it would be nice to have something to test ::)

Thanks for the stats. But now I don't know if I should change the models I made so far or let them be.
You see I sell these ships through shapeways, and I already sold some. Hmm.
Well the Hemlock I made is only a bit longer than 4cm, so It's at least close.
If you like it, here (https://www.shapeways.com/shops/Phoenix-Forge)is my Shapeways shop. I try to design everything so that it can be printed in the cheapest plastic so that it's as afordable as I can make it.
Also what do you think of the Bases I made? Do they look "Eldar" enough?

By the way, do you have some pictures of actually printed models? Very curious to see how they'd look like printed. :)

No, haven't really got the money to print them for myself, yet. But some customer shots are here from my Tau ships: http://aruki-40kgruntlove.blogspot.co.uk/2015/04/review-of-phoenix-forges-counts-as-tau.html
And here's my newest cruiser:
