Hey guys, I was going through my BFG stuff and found a bunch of fighters and Bombers. It's been so long since I've played that I can't remember what is what anymore - I'm hoping you can help me out:
Fury variants?

Were there any other fighter variant releases by GW? I know what the assault boats are, as well as the FW special releases.

You got them mostly right. In order:
- Fury Interceptors v1
- Fury Interceptors v2
- Swiftdeath Fighters
- Starhawk Bombers
- Torpedoes
GW also made the Shark Assault Boats and Doomfire Bombers. FW came out with the Eldar, Tau, and Space Marine attack craft (all types).
