Title: Warmonger Miniatures shipping cost increases

I had to restructure the Warmonger Miniatures (http://warmonger-miniatures.com/) shipping costs today. For the most part, they're increases. I wish that weren't the case but USPS's prices are what they are.

In other news, we're getting close to covering the cost of another unit though. I'm thinking Crossbowmen.
