Great painting!
I especially like the first one and the two flail swinging long beards.

They are great, recently hunted out all my old witch hunters that I never got round to painting (or using...)
Do you use them for gaming and if so do you use WYSIWYG?
-
Yeah they will be used for gaming and also WYSIWYG. I am not that good with conversions, so I just take what they armed with. What isnt that bad because all the witchhunters have a pistol and a sword. The only real drawback is the leader with his 2handed sword (I just dont like it as much), but its not that much of a problem as he has his loyal hound to assist him.
Also I am not into the "take the best" way of gaming. Especially in a starting warband I like the thought that they are all equipped with the weapons, they had or found before.
-
I agree in principle, dislike the everyone having identikit weapons , just have to hope your opponents feel the same way.
-
Witch Hunters are one my my favorites. You painted yours quite well. I wish they still sold the third one down with the pistol and the torch. In my warband I always use the Last one as the leader, But I almost never give armor to anyone except the leader of any of my warbands.
I have found in games that my 2 handed weapons guys seems to rack up the experience points by taking out guys that have been knocked down by others.

Thanks, I am sure you can still find the model on ebay for a reasonable price.

Yeah I would also take armor only for my leader. When possible I also try to knock down guys with my henchmen and finish them off with the heroes.

Nice work!
-
wow great looking figures, nice paint jobs, keep up the good work.
-
I like the modelled on Moustache and Eyebrows on the leader figure, though his sword only seems as big in picture as the last witch hunter, not necessarily a double handed sword, more of a bastard sword.
Ram.

Thanks for noticing. :) Allthough the eyebrows are just painted, I only added the moustache.
