I am starting a warmaster undead army and the other day I finished two skull chukka conversions:

Hey, they are really nice !
Where do those catapult bits come from ?
-
Those are exceptional! =D

Whoa, those are great! How did you do it?
-
Very thematic!

Thank you,
the central piece is a part of screaming bell sprue that i bought to build 2 cannons for warhammer:

And rest of bits (dwarf small barrel, skulls, 40k chain and hook, an office clip and standard of zombies sprue:

Love these. I'm currently converting a skull chucker of my own (don't like the official GW model) and this has given me a few ideas.
Great work!

Nice artillery G-or-G

Looks really nice! I love the design!
One thing to note (I'm nitpicking here, feel free to ignore the geekiness ;)): the arm with the counterweight should be a little shorter, as the trebuchet generates the forward momentum for its projectiles via the counterweight swinging freely. If the counterweight thumps to the ground, the trebuchet loses a lot of its power.

This video shows the firing nicely :)
