Title: Necron AAF equivalent

HI folks!

Friend of mine just got himself some Necron ships for BFG, so I was reading the rules and was wondering about the Intertialless Drive (i.e. Necrons' AAF).

If I got this right, then the Necron ships do not half their firepower when going AAF. Am i correct?

That is not the intent of the rule. You still half your firepower and can't use SPG's or portals.
