Hard to tell.

The Left ones look like they have nearly nothing in common withe the right strip. Then again the Banner tops are looking kind of out of place to.

The Band looks like a violin, a banjo and some bagpipes.

I have no clue to be honest.

I believe these are fellows that one would paint a blue/grey hue rather than green...
