Title: Blackstone fortresses, and how they are used

I just won an auction on ebay for a large chaos fleet that included 2 Blackstone Fortresses. looking over both the 2010 compendium lists and the BFG XR lists we play as, its not quite clear if I can just take one in a normal list.

So the question here is, in what situations am I allowed to include one in a list?

2010 update, page 117, lower right corner:

Note: Only one Activated Blackstone Fortress may be fielded for every FULL 750 points of other ships in a Chaos fleet. No more than three may be taken.

So even though they're not listed in any of the fleet lists I can take one in my list?

That's correct. So in 1500pts you can have one. At 3k you can have 2, at 4500 you can have 3.

So The Activated Black Stone Fortress is not an normal Planetary Defense and can be fielded in every Scenario?

The same Question can be asked on the Chaos Space Hulk only the Beserker Fleet of Khorne have it in the List. Can every Chaos List Field one?

Technically yes.  However, you'd BETTER not get them destroyed or Abbadon is gonna be PISSED.
