Title: 20 years Warmaster jubilee EuoGT event.....
Post by: Lex on March 28, 2018, 01:19:48 PM: Sometimes things fall into place all by themselves..... I had dinner yesterday with two of the other organizers involved in the highly successful EuroGT events we ran for most of the first decade of this century.......

And one thing which was discussed is the possibility to run a jubilee event in 2019 (20 years after EuroGT I.....)

For those newer to the hobby, a EuroGT is first and foremost a Get Together, a social gathering over a weekend of gaming, a NOT_A_TOURNAMENT event!

Now we did run various styles of events over the years, and "EuroGT 2019" would most probably be a teams-event, using a campaign oriented, map driven and INTEL-based format. IN other words: Mayhem and Mischief.

This post will sit here for a while, gathering dust OR (better!) gathering people that would potentially like to join us...

Oh! and (being teams driven) I see no problem with running vanilla WM and WRM (of course, depending on overall numbers) and we would also not mind having a healthy number of Mordheim players joining our ranks.

hosting 10 players or 50 will dictate the choice of venue, and that in itself might restrict us for dates....
